Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced Computer and Information Systems Manager to evaluate and improve AI-driven IT management processes. You will direct information systems initiatives, coordinate technical teams, and oversee enterprise technology operations, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.

The role is project-based, with an immediate start for a 4–6 week engagement and 20+ hours per week. Initial payment is task-based, followed by hourly compensation for ongoing work based on performance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT management leadership experience.
• Experience directing across IT teams (data processing, information systems, programming).
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated IT management content and workflows for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses on operational soundness, technical rigor, and cross-team feasibility.
• Provide expert feedback on IT management scenarios including prioritization, vendor coordination, and team assignment.
