Job summary
Prysmian Group is seeking an enthusiastic AI Intern to support our North America Digital & AI team, helping build practical AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will collaborate with business users and IT to deploy AI agents that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
You will gain hands-on experience building AI agents, learn from real business use cases, and have opportunities to present your work to stakeholders. Applicants are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (undergraduate).
- Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong communication and willingness to learn.
- Preferred exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms.
- Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript).
- Interest in generative AI or prompt engineering.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design and improve simple conversation flows and responses.
- Work with users to understand needs and translate them into AI solutions.
- Connect agents with Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Support building workflows using Power Automate.
- Test agents and document how they work.
- Assist in training users on prompt writing and AI tools.
