Job summary

Lids is seeking an IT Intern specializing in AI & Intelligent Automation to contribute to our AI organization. You will work with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Power Platform developers to design, build, test, and support intelligent automation solutions across retail, eCommerce, and operations.

The internship emphasizes hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and LLMs, plus opportunities for full-time placement after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in an IT-related field.
• GPA 3.0 minimum; full-time student status required.
• Internship is on-site at Indianapolis; relocation may be required for non-locals.
• Expected to graduate between Dec 2027 and May 2028 (Junior Status).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test AI-powered solutions using Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI technologies.
• Document agent use cases, workflows, prompts, and business outcomes.
• Assist data preparation, model training, and analytics activities.
• Develop Power Platform apps and automation workflows.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports for business stakeholders.
