Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent academic/professional achievement.
• 2–5 years in technology-related fields such as business development, innovation, product/project management.
• Experience with market exploration and ethical AI frameworks is preferred.
• Ability to translate data into strategic narratives and actionable insights.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across audiences; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Extend GS1 Standards by researching AI technologies and opportunities.
• Shape AI strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities and roadmaps.
• Define requirements for AI-enabled solutions with clear success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, members, and external partners on pilots.
• Build relationships across startups and vendors to align on AI delivery.
• Develop internal AI expertise and provide external thought leadership.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
• Design workshops and enablement sessions to increase AI fluency.
