About the Role

As a AI Innovation Specialist at Kasa, you will play a central role in driving operational efficiency through intelligent automation and process improvement. You'll work cross-functionally to identify, design, and implement automated solutions that reduce manual workload, eliminate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity across all departments.

This role sits at the intersection of Engineering and Business Intelligence, bridging technical implementation with business impact. You'll partner closely with department leaders throughout the organization while collaborating with our engineering team to build robust, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with department leaders across the organization to identify manual processes, workflow bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation that can reduce workload and improve efficiency.
• Build and implement automated solutions using modern tools, scripts, and AI-enhanced processes to streamline operations across multiple business functions.
• Develop dashboards, monitoring systems, and alerting tools that provide real-time visibility into process performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Design and deploy AI-powered automation solutions that can handle complex decision-making, data processing, and workflow management tasks.
• Build and maintain API integrations that connect disparate tools and systems, creating seamless data flows and automated workflows across the organization.
• Implement modern orchestration platforms to create sophisticated multi-step automations that span multiple systems and departments.
• Create documentation, training materials, and best practices to ensure successful adoption of automated processes across teams.
