Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years or equivalent demonstrated capability.
Specialist I: $60,000 – $75,000 | Specialist II: $75,000 – $95,000 | Bonus: 5–10%
Progression opportunities into Senior Analyst, AI/Automation roles, Product, or Strategy within 12–24 months based on performance.
