This role partners with teams across multiple business units to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

What You'll Do

AI & Automation

• Identify repetitive tasks that could be simplified through AI or automation.
• Help design and test AI-powered workflows and business solutions.
• Assist with creating AI prompts, copilots, knowledge bases, and automated processes.
• Research emerging AI tools and recommend practical business applications.
• Participate in pilots and implementation projects.

Process Improvement

• Document current business processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

What We're Looking For

Required
