Job summary

Massed Compute is seeking a Solutions Engineer to translate AI and HPC requirements into successful deployments on our GPU cloud platform. You will work across sales, customers, product, engineering, and infrastructure to shape solutions, validate architectures, and build repeatable technical assets for scalable success.

The role combines technical depth with customer empathy and execution, supporting pre‑sales activities and building the solutions engineering function over time.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to sophisticated customers.
• Experience translating messy customer requirements into concrete technical solutions and next steps.
• Comfort moving between pre-sales conversations, architecture work, and internal execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders in technical contexts.
• Fluency with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support technical sales and collaborate on discovery, solution design, validation, and customer problem solving.
• Translate customer requirements into workable solutions considering workloads and architecture.
• Lead technical conversations to build customer confidence and explain platform fit.
• Identify and address delivery risks early by working cross-functionally.
• Create reusable assets: demos, playbooks, and technical collateral to scale the motion.
• Turn feedback into actionable input for roadmap and product improvements.
• Assist onboarding and expansion to accelerate adoption.
• Improve internal processes with lightweight documentation and workflows.
• Bring leverage through AI to speed up research, solution development, and communication.
• Help shape the standards and tools for the solutions engineering function.
