Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Solutions Architect to join the AI Infrastructure Build Readiness - Enablement team. You'll support customer engagements, map workloads to NVIDIA hardware and software, and grow into a trusted technical resource for customers and partners.

You’ll design scalable architectures with OEMs and deployment partners, build deployment plans, assist in hands-on testing, document field needs, and help users navigate NVIDIA tools and platforms while contributing to enablement materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or solutions architecture.
• Foundational knowledge in high-performance computing, AI/ML, data center infrastructure, rack-scale AI infrastructure, or large-scale GPU systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers succeed with technology.
• Experience with OEM/ODM ecosystems and deployment partner enablement.
• Travel required periodically (10-20%).

Responsibilities

• Support technical engagements with OEM and deployment partners, understanding workloads and how NVIDIA technology can address needs.
• Contribute to design and validation of scalable architectures and deployment plans for customer/partner solutions.
• Engage hands-on with building, testing, and validating NVIDIA technologies for OEM customers.
• Document and communicate partner needs and feedback to internal teams.
• Assist customers to troubleshoot issues and learn NVIDIA tools, SDKs, and platforms.
• Support enablement programs, deployment playbooks, and onboarding frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand NVIDIA solutions and customer deployments.
• Contribute to AI Factory build readiness initiatives and readiness frameworks.
