Job summary

IREN, a leading AI Cloud Service Provider, seeks a Procurement Analyst (Direct) in San Francisco. You will own the procure-to-pay cycle for datacenter and AI infrastructure projects, coordinating with vendors, project managers, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

Strong SAP skills and cost-tracking experience are essential. The role requires 5+ years in purchasing or P2P operations, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to manage multiple orders and budgets with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in purchasing/procure-to-pay, accounts payable, or project cost control; datacenter or large-scale infra exposure preferred.
• Hands-on SAP (or other ERP) experience: PO entry, vendor onboarding/master data, invoice entry, SES entry, invoice resolution.
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay cycle, contracts, change orders, and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage parts requests from datacenter technicians, software development, and site teams.
• Issue RFQs to approved suppliers for cost and lead time; obtain formal quotes.
• Own end-to-end procure-to-pay process with stakeholders.
• Perform SAP entries including vendor onboarding and PO upload for Finance approval.
• Review and validate vendor and contractor invoices against contracts, POs, and scope.
