Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to define how developers discover, learn, build, and scale on our AI infrastructure platform. You will drive developer adoption, create high‑quality resources, and represent Nscale in the ecosystem.

You’ll lead a modern DevRel function from the ground up, connecting Product, AI Platform Engineering, and Marketing to shape external content, demos, and ecosystem contributions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in developer relations, advocacy, or developer-focused roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in ML, Engineering, Computer Science, Technical or related discipline.
• Strong technical background in ML and cloud infrastructure with hands-on experience running AI workloads at scale.
• Familiarity with open‑source frameworks, libraries, and agent-based systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and engage developer communities.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics for developer adoption.
• Collaborative with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the global developer relations strategy.
• Drive developer adoption with self‑serve content across discovery to deployment.
• Create a developer content engine: docs, code samples, demos, tutorials, blogs, videos.
• Represent Nscale in developer ecosystems: conferences, meetups, open source communities.
• Bridge between developers and internal teams; identify friction and roadmap impacts.
• Build and scale developer programs: ambassadors, open-source initiatives, training.
• Measure developer growth with KPIs and dashboards; support PLG motions.
• Experiment with new formats to scale adoption and engagement.
