Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join a team that builds infrastructure and agentic AI services used across the company. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design, implement, and ship production systems, from backend workflows to AI agents that automate routine tasks.

You will gain hands-on experience with agentic AI, distributed systems, and modern infrastructure while contributing to real internal products.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications with tool calls or agent frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and Docker.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and GPU workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve backend services and APIs for internal platforms.
• Build AI agents and workflows connecting LLMs to tools and services.
• Ensure agents are reliable and safe in production with guardrails.
• Develop data pipelines and GPU job orchestration for synthetic data and evaluation.
• Improve observability (tracing, metrics, logging) for distributed services.
