6AM City, LLC is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to lead the rollout of AI-driven tools across the organization. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience and help shape how our company adopts emerging technology.

You will collaborate with Ownership, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, and Production to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, test solutions like Claude, and train staff as new tools are introduced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools, especially Claude (Anthropic).
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-departmentally.
• No prior professional experience required; open to recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders (Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Production) to identify processes that could benefit from AI tools
• Assist in evaluating, testing, and implementing AI solutions such as Claude and other platforms
• Translate business needs into practical, workable AI applications
• Provide training and support to staff as new tools are rolled out
• Track project progress and report outcomes to the President and Ownership
• Stay current on AI trends relevant to manufacturing and business operations
