We’re seeking experienced US immigration paralegals to join an AI-driven legal innovation project focused on O-1, EB-1A, and NIW visa categories. This is a freelance, remote role where you'll collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to test and improve a next-generation legal tech platform.

Note: Hands-on experience with O-1, EB-1A, and/or NIW petitions is strictly required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial, forward-thinking paralegals who want to influence the future of immigration legal work. You'll serve as a consultant and AI beta tester, helping to refine tools that streamline the petition process and reduce workload by up to 5x—without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do

• Use and evaluate a cutting-edge AI platform designed for immigration legal workflows.
• Provide real-world, structured feedback based on your experience with O-1, EB-1A, and/or NIW petitions.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and help design smart workflows and SOPs.
• Participate in weekly product reviews and async testing cycles.
• Contribute to onboarding materials and training plans for future paralegals joining the program.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience preparing O-1, EB-1A, and/or NIW petitions (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of law firm operations (especially boutique or high-volume firms).
• Strong communication skills and ability to give detailed product feedback.
• Comfortable working independently and in ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar AI assistants is a plus.
• Located in the US or able to work US business hours.
