Job summary

BlackCube Labs is seeking a craft-focused role to generate finished image and video shots from locked references, matching look and continuity across scenes. You work from director intent and keyframes, but you do not edit or create new scripts.

You’ll run batch generation, triage contact sheets, produce lip-sync passes, log prompts and parameters for provenance, and escalate issues to stay within time boxes.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret direction from directors and translate into consistent shots.
• Deep working knowledge of image/video models and fast adaptation to new tools.
• Maintain character/set continuity across shots and episodes.
• Prompt construction and library management for scalable shot prompts.
• Experience with Claude-based production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Generate image and video shots to QA'd keyframes and reference sheets, matching existing look.
• Maintain continuity across a shot, sequence, and episode across all assets.
• Run batch generation and triage contact sheets to selects.
• Produce AI voice and lip-sync passes with alternate line handling when a read fights the model.
• Log every take with prompt, seed, model, version and parameters — provenance is mandatory.
• Flag feasibility before spend and suggest alternatives to stay within time and budget.
• Deliver editorial-ready material to spec — correct codec, frame rate, resolution, colour space and file naming.
• Escalate a shot that will not land inside its time box.
