Job summary

WatchGuard Technologies is seeking an innovative Graphic Designer who blends traditional design with generative AI to produce high-quality visual assets. You will conceptualize, iterate, and execute branding while using AI tools to accelerate pipelines and scale creative output.

You will collaborate with product teams, marketing managers, and developers to ensure a unified brand voice across digital and web properties.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house at a tech company.
Advanced proficiency in Figma for components, auto-layouts, and collaboration.
Hands-on experience with generative AI image engines (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) in a creative pipeline.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for deep asset editing and vector work.
A strong portfolio showing clean tech aesthetics, typography, and AI prompt integration.

Responsibilities

Translate cybersecurity concepts into compelling digital graphics.
Use AI to create custom illustrations, tech backgrounds, and visual elements for fast production timelines.
Build, maintain, and export assets within Figma, aligned with product design frameworks.
Post-process and refine AI-generated images to meet branding guidelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and content strategists to maintain a unified brand voice.
Organize scalable asset libraries for smooth handoffs to development teams.
