Job summary

Talantir is seeking an AI Identity Architect to shape AI-driven identity and access management across a global IAM ecosystem. You will translate complex security needs into robust IAM solutions, leveraging Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and model management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, or a related field
• 12+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in Information Security
• 6+ years of hands-on Identity & Access Management expertise
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML systems, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity domains
• Extensive experience with enterprise IAM platforms, SailPoint Entra ID Okta CyberArk Ping
• Proven expertise in Agentic AI architectures and MCP or equivalent AI orchestration standards
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership

• Design AI-augmented solutions to boost intelligence, automation, and adaptive features across IAM platforms
• Architect and embed AI-based innovations like adaptive access control and identity analytics

• Define governance models and guardrails for safe, auditable deployment of AI and Agentic AI agents
• Develop tailored identity strategies for AI agents, including lifecycles and entitlements
• Advise senior leadership on leveraging Agentic AI for improved identity operations

Position Title: AI Identity Architect

Location: 100% Remote (EST preferred)

Position Status: Direct Hire (Full-Time)

Position Description: Join the forefront of AI-driven identity and access management as an AI Identity Architect. In this pivotal role, you'll design and govern the secure integration of Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent systems into a global IAM ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Security Architects, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders—to embed AI capabilities that enhance security, automation, and adaptability while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and regulations.

You'll translate complex business, operational, and security needs into robust IAM technical solutions, covering areas such as Identity Lifecycle Management, authentication, authorization, session management, access provisioning, role/entitlement modeling, and directory services. Contribute to strategic roadmaps that balance current demands with long-term innovation in AI-augmented IAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with IAM and architecture teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into global strategies, aligning with business goals and security regulations
• Design AI-augmented solutions to boost intelligence, automation, and adaptive features across IAM platforms
• Architect and embed AI-based innovations like adaptive access control, predictive threat detection, and identity analytics
• Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Define governance models and guardrails for the safe, auditable deployment of AI and Agentic AI agents
• Develop tailored identity strategies for AI agents, including unique lifecycles, entitlements, and ownership structures
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on leveraging Agentic AI for improved identity operations, user experience, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to align with enterprise AI governance and model management frameworks

Required Skills/Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, or a related field
• 12+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in Information Security
• 6+ years of hands-on Identity & Access Management expertise
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML systems, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity domains
• Extensive experience with enterprise IAM platforms, including SailPoint (IGA), Entra ID (Microsoft ecosystem), and exposure to Okta, CyberArk, Ping, or similar
• Proven expertise in Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, reinforcement-based agents, and decision engines
• Strong knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent AI orchestration standards for secure integrations
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all levels, including senior leadership, both verbally and in writing

Ideal Qualifications (Preferred but not required):

• Hands-on experience designing or governing Agentic AI agents for workflow orchestration, decision automation, or identity operations
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalents
• Proven track record providing architectural guidance, roadmaps, optimization, and migration strategies in diverse environments
• Strong skills in articulating AI and identity concepts to non-technical stakeholders
