Job summary

TeraWulf is seeking a Design Project Manager to serve as the Owner's representative for AI/HPC data center designs from master planning through IFC and tenant turnover. You will connect internal teams, design consultants, and trades to ensure buildable, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes across multiple large builds.

The role suits an MEP/electrical engineer with hands-on site exposure, comfortable engaging contractors, vendors, and Owner/Tenant personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–8 years in MEP/design or project management, preferably data center.
• Experience on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects is highly valued.
• PE license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design to IFC and tenant turnover, coordinating internal teams with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure designs are buildable, code-compliant, and cost-effective across projects.
• Own design QA/QC, document control, and issue resolution with urgency.
• Manage design reviews at milestones and support handoffs to operations.
