Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, delivering ambient AI, dictation, intelligent agents, and autonomous RCM on a single platform integrated with 60+ EHRs. We seek innovative Full Stack Engineers to ship quickly and elevate engineering practices in Mountain View, CA.

The role focuses on developing features for our AI medical scribe, web and iOS experiences, and scalable infrastructure, while collaborating with product, design, and customers to drive rapid improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
• 1–4 years of professional software development experience; strong new grads encouraged
• Strong experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js/Express), plus iOS development with Swift and/or React Native
• Experience with development for both web and mobile, specifically iOS
• You stay calm under pressure and do well in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale features for our AI medical scribe using cutting-edge LLM models to create accurate, structured clinical notes
• Build polished, responsive user experiences across our web and iOS applications
• Build and maintain robust infrastructure for audio processing, cloud services, and integrations with enterprise EHR systems
• Lead projects from zero to one in a fast-paced environment, working closely with product and design teams
• Work directly with customers: join calls, gather feedback, and turn it into product improvements quickly
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and external stakeholders
