Palona AI is seeking an AI Full-Stack Engineer to own fast, conversion-focused web experiences and growth workflows. You will build landing pages, ROI tools, and acquisition products, while establishing end-to-end attribution from source to revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial experience in relevant technical domain.
• Strong full-stack web engineering with TypeScript, React, Next.js, APIs, and modern deployment platforms.
• Experience building measurable funnels, experimentation systems, analytics instrumentation, or growth products in production.
• Working knowledge of SEO, web performance, conversion optimization, paid acquisition mechanics, and attribution.
• Ability to work with data using SQL and translate findings into prioritized product and engineering work.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and managing data-quality challenges they create.
• Strong product taste and ability to write or collaborate on clear, outcome-oriented customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own web experiences and growth infrastructure for acquisition and conversion.
• Build landing pages, interactive demos, ROI tools, and comparison experiences.
• Establish end-to-end attribution from source to demo booking, qualification, opportunity, and revenue.
• Instrument events, persist campaign context across domains, and improve funnel data quality.
• Design an experimentation system for messaging, offers, and channel optimization.
• Improve technical SEO and GEO foundations, metadata, and content architecture.
• Integrate and automate workflows across analytics, CRM, scheduling, advertising, content, and sales systems.
• Apply AI to accelerate research, content ops, personalization, and campaign analysis while maintaining quality controls.
• Analyze funnel behavior and unit economics to ship improvements, not just recommendations.
• Collaborate with Growth and Sales to define qualified-conversion metrics.
