Job summary

Palona is building an AI-first platform for restaurants. We are seeking an AI Full-Stack Engineer to own growth-oriented web experiences, experimentation, SEO, attribution, and AI-enabled workflows across the public site, demos, calculators, and data pipelines.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design while delivering production-grade code with a strong emphasis on performance, UX, and measurable impact on pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial experience in relevant technical domain.
• Experience building measurable user funnels and growth-oriented products.
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend web engineering with modern stacks.
• Familiarity with SEO, web performance, and attribution concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build fast, conversion-focused web experiences for high-intent restaurant buyers.
• Iterate landing pages, demos, ROI tools, and other acquisition products.
• Establish end-to-end attribution from campaign to revenue.
• Instrument events, ensure data quality across the funnel and tools.
• Design and run experimentation systems for messaging and CTAs.
