Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an AI Governance & Risk Analyst to build and maintain the enterprise AI governance framework, and to conduct risk assessments for new AI use cases.

You will partner with Legal, Information Security, IT, and engineering to design controls before launch and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements. The role requires 4+ years in governance, risk, or compliance, plus familiarity with AI/ML concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of governance, risk management, compliance, internal audit, information security, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern AI systems to evaluate risk and design controls.
• Strong grasp of enterprise risk frameworks and SOX-related compliance.
• Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into practical workflows and controls.
• Excellent written communication for policies, risk assessments, and audit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise AI governance framework and policies.
• Translate governance requirements into practical workflows, templates, and checklists.
• Conduct risk assessments for new AI use cases considering data sensitivity and impact.
• Maintain the AI risk register with risks, mitigations, owners, and status.
• Collaborate with engineering to design controls and human review points in AI solutions.
• Support compliance for AI initiatives including data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Create audit-ready documentation and evidence packages for audits and regulators.
• Partner with Legal, InfoSec, IT, engineering, and business stakeholders on AI risk and governance.
