Job summary

Dentsu in the Americas is operationalizing AI at scale by providing an AI Governance Concierge Service. The AI Governance Engineer acts as the process navigator, program manager, and technical implementer, owning submissions from intake to approved implementation.

You will coordinate with Legal, Information Security, Data Privacy, Emerging Technology, and Procurement to move each engagement through cross-functional reviews, ensuring risk and policy alignment while keeping the business informed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and thoroughly review each submission package approved by the Service Lead, understanding the business case, vendor research, risk profile, and policy rationale.
• Project-manage each submission through the full review lifecycle in AIRS and TPSA, tracking open items, deadlines, and reviewer actions.
• Set and communicate the review schedule for each submission based on priorities, maintaining the schedule through review and implementation phases.
• Update the AI Concierge Program Tracker with real-time progress, ensuring the Service Lead has a current view across all engagements.
• Coordinate with the Analyst when reviewers require additional research or documentation, routing it to the appropriate function without delay.
• Report status, progress, and blockers to the Service Lead on a regular cadence to keep the business informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with Legal, InfoSec, Data Privacy, and Procurement, presenting reviews clearly and confidently.
• Shepherd each submission through the cross-functional review process, acting as the primary contact for all reviewing functions.
• Translate technical and legal concerns into plain language for the Service Lead and Analyst to produce any required follow-up documentation.
• Upon approval, own and coordinate the full implementation of each solution with Cloud, Okta, ServiceNow, and End User Compute.
