Job summary

Parsons seeks an AI Governance Lead to support USCYBERCOM, architecting governance structures for AI initiatives and overseeing boards, processes, and frameworks. You will ensure alignment with DoW and national defense policies while collaborating with policy, legal, and technical teams to translate governance into operations.

The role requires 15+ years of related experience, a TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance, and the ability to present complex governance to senior decision-makers in a federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; 15+ years of related work experience and prior PM on similar projects.
• Deep understanding of U.S. Government and DoW governance structures and AI/advanced tech integration.
• Ability to build structured, scalable management processes in complex bureaucratic environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational and written/verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Active TS SCI w/polygraph security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Govern governance design, implementation and ongoing improvement of AI governance frameworks and boards.
• Analyze and align DoW/government AI governance models with national defense priorities.
• Establish and manage governance review boards, processes and lifecycle decisions.
• Collaborate with policy, legal, technical teams and stakeholders to translate governance into practice.
• Develop charters, SOPs, executive summaries and briefing materials for senior leadership.
