Job summary

RightCapital Inc. is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead advisor-facing regulatory compliance and platform security across our SaaS wealth-tech offering.

You will orchestrate the SOC 2 Type II audit, coordinate evidence, and advise Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on regulatory matters. You will partner with engineering and IT to surface gaps, implement controls, and shape AI governance frameworks, including ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF, to meet evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, audit, or regulatory roles with exposure to SOC 2 Type II audits.
• Strong knowledge of US data privacy regulations (CCPA and state frameworks).
• Experience in SaaS or fintech compliance and vendor risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor-facing regulatory compliance and platform security compliance for a SaaS wealth-tech product.
• Orchestrate SOC 2 Type II audits and coordinate evidence from cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex regulatory and privacy requirements into actionable guidance for product and marketing.
• Maintain compliance frameworks, governance programs, and data privacy inventories.
• Act as primary liaison for regulators, auditors, and customers on compliance matters.
• Coordinate vendor risk assessments and third-party due diligence.
• Develop AI governance practices and respond to evolving AI regulatory guidance.
