Job summary

Centific is hiring recruiters to attract, screen, and select contingent workers for AI enablement projects across 150+ locales, with opportunities for remote and onsite work. You will grow a global community of collaborators and support full-time roles where needed.

Your responsibilities include running campaigns across social and academic channels, validating content with recruiting managers, and negotiating rates with candidates while managing qualification processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting contingent workers in AI data environments or BPO services.
• University degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are beneficial.
• Familiarity with Office 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong online research and networking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Attract, screen and endorse candidates worldwide for AI data projects.
• Handle both remote and onsite recruitment needs and campaigns.
• Run campaigns through social, digital, university and online channels.
• Create and validate recruitment content with managers and community teams.
• Assess applicants against predefined qualifications and interview candidates.
• Manage tests, communicate results, and log candidates in databases.
• Negotiate candidate rates per project requirements; archive collaboration agreements.

The Job

Recruiters are responsible for attracting, screening and selecting contingent workers to participate in Centific AI enablement projects, with a focus on language-related positions and multilingual profiles in over 150 locales world-wide.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Attracting, screening, and endorsing suitable candidates world-wide to work in our AI data projects, both for work-from-home and onsite positions, and grow our global community of collaborators. Some recruiter roles will also cover full-time positions.


• Following recruiting requirements dictated by project needs, organization plans and established targets.


• Running campaigns to attract new talent. Working with existing recruitment channels and expanding new talent sources as necessary in social and digital media, universities and academic environments, Internet sites and online/on-site organizations or communities of users that share common experiences or interests that are relevant to our projects.


• Use available contents and materials for the campaigns and work with recruiting managers and community manager to create and validate new contents when required.


• Determining applicants' suitability following pre-defined qualification methodologies, both by comparing qualifications to job requirements, analyzing communication and responses, and interviewing applicants.


• Managing the qualification process by sending tests to candidates. If applicable, communicating with candidates on the results.


• Negotiating rates with candidates according to the project requirements. Assessing best rates achievable.


• Logging successful candidates in vendor database.


• Processing and archiving collaboration agreements.


• Additional duties as required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in the recruitment of contingent workers within the AI data industry or as part of BPO services


• University degree required. Advanced degrees are a plus.


• Good communication skills.


• Fluent in English, other foreign languages are a plus.


• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities.


• Advanced user of online networks and communities.
