Job summary
Us Tech Solutions in Mountain View, CA seeks a Technical Program Manager III to drive cross-functional AI/ML programs, including GenAI and LLM-powered consumer apps. You will partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and Data Science to move initiatives from strategy through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
This role requires coordinating multiple teams, managing dependencies and risks, and delivering on ambitious timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management or related technical program role.
- Experience coordinating complex software programs with multiple engineering teams.
- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs or related technologies.
- Strong cross-functional program management, risk management, and launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical programs and initiatives across Gemini Apps.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to drive AI/ML feature development.
- Translate technical requirements into program plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, blockers, and execution challenges.
- Support feature and product launches with milestones and readiness.
- Communicate progress to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to programs involving LLMs, AI agents, and AI-powered products.
