Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer with 8+ years of engineering experience to deliver high-impact AI/ML solutions end-to-end. You will blend applied machine learning, software engineering, and stakeholder problem-solving to deploy production-grade systems that are scalable, secure, observable, and aligned to business KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience delivering AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
• Experience blending data, models, and systems for production-grade deployments.
• Ability to build and maintain evaluation, testing, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Discover use cases and plan forward deployments with success metrics.
• Prototype and deploy ML/GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Build and productionize RAG pipelines with embeddings and retrieval tuning.
• Ensure secure, compliant design with RBAC and data governance.
• Provide technical leadership and document architectures and runbooks.
