Job summary

Brillio is seeking an Applied AI Architect to design enterprise AI foundations, integrating data architecture, AI/ML systems, cloud platforms, and governance. You will shape production-grade AI solutions across EHRs, banking systems, data lakes, and warehouses while embedding security, privacy, and regulatory controls.

You will contribute to MLOps, CI/CD, model lifecycle, observability, and secure deployment, collaborating with AI Builders and Value Engineers across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG and AI orchestration.
• Experience with enterprise data architectures, pipelines and integrations.
• Experience evaluating AI models and tradeoffs between commercial and open-source options.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI and related frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems; healthcare/finance domain familiarity is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design target architectures and scalable data pipelines for enterprise AI systems.
• Architect ETL/ELT, feature stores, vector databases, knowledge layers, and AI data pipelines.
• Evaluate and select AI models based on use case, performance, cost, latency, security, and governance.
• Design AI solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms (EHRs, core banking, CRM, data lakes/warehouses).
• Define and implement AI governance, privacy, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Translate regulatory requirements into architectural controls; embed security and IAM from day one.
• Design production environments across Azure, AWS, and Google platforms.
• Collaborate with AI Builders and Value Engineers through discovery to production.
• Establish foundations for MLOps, CI/CD, model lifecycle management, observability, and evaluation.
