Job summary

Leadtech is seeking a proactive AI-focused full-stack developer to build and scale modern AI-driven applications. You will own features across a Next.js frontend and a NestJS backend, with a modern tech stack and an emphasis on data-driven decisions.

Work may be fully remote or from our Barcelona office, offering flexible schedules and a strong emphasis on growth, learning, and collaboration within a small, agile team.

Qualifications

• Proactive and skilled developer passionate about AI-driven applications.
• TypeScript proficiency across frontend and backend.
• Strong React and Next.js experience with App Router.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across Next.js frontend and NestJS backend.
• Develop and maintain Next.js frontend with TS, SWR, Tailwind, and i18n.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs with NestJS.
• Own backend services from schema design to deployment and observability.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs for payments, auth, analytics, and messaging.
• Build AI agents using Claude SDK and MCP to empower LLMs with data access.
• Collaborate with AI product managers to translate requirements into robust features.
• Collaborate on deployment and cloud infrastructure.
