QualityAI is seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to build applied AI and agentic solutions in a hands-on, production-focused role. The position offers hybrid work in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City and involves turning concepts into real tools that empower cross-functional teams.

You will work across front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end (Python, C++, Java, Go) stacks, collaborate with stakeholders, and ship production-grade AI applications.

Full-Stack AI Engineer (Applied AI & Agentic Solutions)

We're looking for someone who loves building, has hands-on experience with applied AI and agentic workflows, and can take ideas from concept to production. This is a full-time hybrid position in San Francisco Bay Area or in NYC.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys building, collaborating, and solving interesting challenges.

Must-Haves

• Strong full-stack engineering experience (JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, Java, Go, or C++)
• Experience building AI-powered applications and agentic solutions
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders, solve complex problems, and ship real solutions

Architect & Migrate

• Analyze program structures and execute migrations into Buganizer data models using automated, scripted, or agentic approaches.

Build & Deploy

• Act as embedded builders bridging the gap between advanced agentic products and production-grade solutions—coding, debugging, and shipping bespoke AI tools to boost xFN productivity.

Desired Experience

Agentic & Full-Stack Expertise

• Proven background in building applied AI solutions and agentic workflows around pre-trained models.
