Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Full-Stack Engineers with strong expertise in agentic AI, applied AI, and production-grade software development. Candidates will work on building, deploying, and scaling AI-powered applications and agent-based solutions in a customer-facing environment.

Successful candidates must have prior hands-on Google coding and production experience, strong full-stack engineering capabilities, and excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable collaborating across geographically distributed teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and delivering reliable, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications incorporating AI-powered features and agentic workflows.
• Build and integrate AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and applied AI solutions for real-world use cases.
• Develop robust frontend and backend services using JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one additional language, such as Python, C++, Java, or Go.
• Design and implement APIs, service integrations, and scalable application architectures.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure application reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
