Job summary

CBIZ is seeking an AI Full Stack Application Developer to join the product development team. You will contribute to building AI-driven applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks, with collaboration across data scientists and product stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

This role emphasizes agile delivery, secure coding, and continuous learning, with opportunities to work on AI-enabled features and cloud-based services within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience in .NET tech stack.
• Experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3); React preferred.
• Experience integrating APIs, AI services, or ML-enabled features into business apps.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborative product development.
• Working knowledge of relational databases; some exposure to NoSQL or vector DBs is a plus.
• Understanding SOLID, DI, and layered architecture; secure coding practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance full-stack AI applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
• Support AI/ML model and API integration into business apps to improve processes and UX.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and modern web tech.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product stakeholders to deliver value.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following standards and secure practices.
• Stay current on AI capabilities, .NET releases, cloud services, and front-end frameworks.
• Document implementation notes and knowledge transfers for supported features.
