Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience.
• Full Stack Development experience across web applications.
• Hands-on AI coding tools experience.
• Frontend tech: React, HTML, CSS.
• Backend: Java, Python, Node.js.
• Oracle SQL/PLSQL knowledge.
• RESTful API design and implementation.
• CI/CD using Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift.
• Deployment across environments.
• Agile with JIRA.
• Testing: unit, integration, end-to-end.
• Troubleshooting and debugging.
• Collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning.
• Monitor and control all phases of development and provide user support.
• Analyze complex problems and evaluate business and system processes.
• Develop security measures and ensure compliant system design.
• Consult with users and technology groups on advanced solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes for the team.
• Serve as advisor to junior analysts and SMEs.
• Operate with limited supervision and independent judgement.
• Act as SME to stakeholders and project teams.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
