Intel Corporation is hiring an AI Frameworks Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI software frameworks for cutting‑edge ML and scientific applications. You’ll improve performance of frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow on Intel CPUs/GPUs/accelerators, and work across DCG teams to drive scalable AI workloads.

The role emphasizes distributed algorithms, kernel optimizations, and profiling of DL/LLM models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Experience with Python, C/C++, CUDA, and performance optimization for CPU/GPU architectures.
• Familiarity with DL frameworks and AI model internals is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize AI inference and finetuning workloads on Intel DCG hardware.
• Implement distributed algorithms (data/model parallelism, parameter servers) and optimize SW/kernel performance.
• Profile DL/LLM models to identify bottlenecks and propose cross-team improvements.
