Job summary

Meta is seeking an expert to develop and optimize AI compiler, framework, runtime, and high‑performance kernels for MTIA hardware. You will analyze deep learning models and work with AI researchers and hardware teams to boost training and inference performance.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills and experience with AI frameworks or model acceleration on hardware, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires proven C/C++ programming skills and experience developing AI frameworks or accelerating deep learning models on hardware.
• Advanced degrees with relevant years of experience are preferred (see education section).

Job description

Develop and optimize AI compiler, framework, runtime, and high-performance kernel components for current and next-generation MTIA hardware. Analyze deep learning models and collaborate with AI researchers and hardware teams to improve training and inference performance.

Requirements:

Requires proven C/C++ programming skills and experience developing AI frameworks or accelerating deep learning models on hardware. Preferred qualifications include relevant experience with AI frameworks, performance optimization, accelerator architectures, and kernels, plus a qualifying degree and experience level: a bachelor's degree with 7+ years, a master's degree with 4+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years.
