EY is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI-native systems within a client engagement in regulated environments. The role embeds with the client, stays hands-on while guiding a small, senior cell, and ensures production-ready, secure solutions under real constraints.

You will lead a Cell Lead Engineer, Builder/Implementation Engineer, and Data Engineer, shaping technical direction and client trust to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering complex enterprise systems.
• Hands-on engineering across integration-heavy architectures.
• Experience with AI-enabled stacks and orchestration.
• Proven forward-deployed / client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcome delivery for the cell.
• Embed with the client to define problems and translate needs into a technical solution.
• Serve as primary technical interface to client stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Lead the cell's engineers and ensure production readiness and safe-to-ship releases.
• Ensure deployments meet safety, integrity, and cost constraints.
