Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for remote engagement in the US mortgage domain. You will act as a hands-on Technical Architect, guiding discovery, architecture, coding, integration, testing, and production go-live of Agentic AI solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in technical/solution architecture, hands-on GenAI implementation, multi-agent systems, and cloud proficiency across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical/solution architecture or lead engineering background.
• Hands-on production experience with Agentic AI / GenAI.
• Experience in multi-agent systems, RAG, tool calling, memory, MCP integrations.
• Hands-on coding with Python, Java or Node.js.
• Full-stack architecture including React.js / TypeScript, APIs, data integrations.
• Cloud experience on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Direct customer-facing discovery and solutioning.
• Mortgage domain experience (US Mortgage/Lending) and LOS/POS integrations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical architecture from discovery to production go-live.
• Design and implement Agentic AI / GenAI solutions with guardrails and observability.
• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should be a customer-facing, hands-on Technical Architect who can understand mortgage business problems and take Agentic AI solutions from discovery and architecture through coding, integration, testing and production go-live.

Agentic AI Frameworks / Skills:

LangGraph, Google ADK, AWS Strands, Langflow, MCP, RAG, AI/agent evaluation, guardrails and AI governance.

Please Prioritize Candidates With

• 10+ years of overall experience with Technical/Solution Architecture or Principal/Lead Engineering background
• Strong recent hands-on Agentic AI / GenAI implementation experience
• Multi-agent systems, RAG, tool calling, memory and MCP integrations
• Hands-on coding with Python, Java and/or Node.js
• Full-stack architecture involving React.js / TypeScript, APIs, data and integrations
• Strong AWS, Azure or GCP experience
• Direct customer-facing discovery, solutioning and technical delivery experience
• Production deployment ownership including evaluation, guardrails, security and observability
• US Mortgage/Lending experience, preferably origination, underwriting, closing or servicing
