Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years applying computational and ML approaches to biomedical research.
• Hands-on experience with diverse biomedical data types (genetic, single-cell, spatial, imaging).
• Experience applying biological foundation models to RNA/DNA/single-cell/spatial data.
• Strong Python and R programming skills; reproducible workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experimental scientists to design data-driven approaches.
• Apply computational biology, human genetics, ML to support target identification and validation.
• Contribute to design of large-scale experiments across genetics, multi-omics, imaging.
• Integrate diverse datasets to uncover disease mechanisms and hypotheses.
• Develop scalable, reproducible computational workflows to accelerate discovery.
