The role emphasizes AI-generated code, context engineering, and cross-stack ownership across frontend, backend, and infra. Advanced English and a four-year degree are required, with a 40-hour work week and remote-first arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep experience with full-stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Experience delivering production software where AI drives implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to build and deliver client solutions.
• Coordinate AI-driven implementation across large, multi-file systems.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI-friendly specifications.
• Design AI-first development workflows from specification to deployment.
