Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Experience using Google Antigravity as a primary development environment to coordinate AI-driven implementation.
• Experience delivering production software where AI systems generate most implementation code.
• Strong context engineering for reliable AI output.
• Ability to translate product requirements into AI-friendly specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver a product to clients with one of our product teams.
• Coordinate AI-driven implementation across large, multi-file systems with architectural oversight.
• Design AI-first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Iterate and improve AI output through structured feedback loops.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
