Blacksmith Agency LLC is a AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Specialist to own search strategy for a book of B2B clients. You will steer technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content priorities with writers and AI, while ensuring growth across AI and classic organic search.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI input.
• Improve client visibility in AI search and traditional results.
• Lead local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting; build quarterly roadmaps.
