Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with meaningful full stack experience.
• Strong front-end skills in React and TypeScript; modern JavaScript proficiency.
• Back-end proficiency with Node.js and REST/GraphQL API design.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools in daily development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack features from React/TypeScript front ends to APIs and back-end services.
• Lead with an AI-first mindset, using AI tooling to speed, improve quality and innovation.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable code with focus on performance and UX.
• Identify and drive improvements to development workflow, tooling, and processes with AI acceleration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver high-quality products across the full stack.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and AI-assisted development standards.
