Job summary

INFICON is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager to drive the next growth phase of our semiconductor software portfolio focused on Fault Detection and Classification (FDC). You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with hardware and sensor teams to deliver AI-enabled software that outperforms competitors.

You’ll lead with Design Thinking and Lean Startup, applying AI as a foundational capability to improve detection, classification, and decision support on the fab

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years at a senior level, in B2B software.
• Proven track record of growing existing products through adoption, expansion, and customer outcomes.
• AI-first thinking: scoping, shipping, and scaling AI/ML capabilities in a B2B software product.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for one or more software products in the semiconductor FDC space.
• Drive growth of existing products through AI-enabled, differentiated capabilities.
• Define and track product KPIs tied to customer outcomes (yield, uptime, time-to-detection) and business outcomes (ARR, expansion, retention).
