• 10+ years leading Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Ops, or similar teams.
• Experience building and scaling high‑performing teams across multiple functions.
• Proven success driving technology transformation and cross‑functional execution.
• Hands‑on use of AI‑assisted development, Agentic workflows, AIOps, AI‑Native practices.

Responsabilidades

• Champion AI‑Native engineering practices with Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Lead development of AI‑first platforms and agentic capabilities across N&IE.
• Drive adoption of AIOps and Agentic AI to improve productivity and reliability.
• Build and lead teams across Platform Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure Ops, and Network Edge Validation.
• Define the API‑first Compute Platform roadmap delivering self‑service infra and observability.
