Harmony is seeking an AI‑first Marketing Generalist & Agent Manager in New York City. You will command paid media across channels, own creative and analytics, and build and improve AI agents. This role blends strategy, copy, and design, with hands-on leadership of a growing agent workforce.

You’ll collaborate closely with the CMO and own end‑to‑end campaigns, content, and branding efforts, ensuring rapid, measurable impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading paid media across multiple channels (search, social, display, video, retargeting).
• Ability to manage creative output and analytics with AI agents.
• Proven track record delivering fast, iterative marketing outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across all channels and optimize spend.
• Direct creative (copy, video, UGC) and analytics (spend, CPL, pipeline)
• Build and improve AI agents and briefing workflows.
• Produce brand content and decks using AI-first processes.
• Report results clearly with actionable recommendations.
