Job summary

Brex is looking for two Finance Associates based in New York to drive financial planning and management reporting. This role offers a hybrid work environment and involves ownership of forecasting, planning, and contributing to AI-first initiatives in finance.

The ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The expected salary range is $115,000 to $130,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking experience.
• Strong communication, team-working, quantitative and analytical skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Own our forecasting & planning process.
• Own monthly management reporting to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain Finance AI tooling.
