Job summary

Bayview Asset Management, LLC is seeking an AI FinOps & Governance Lead to join its IT PMO. The role oversees enterprise AI tool administration, governance, adoption, utilization, and financial management to ensure secure, compliant, and cost-effective AI investments.

Hybrid role with 3 days in-office across Denver, CO or other specified offices; salary range $120,000–$140,000 and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in FinOps, financial operations, accounting, IT operations or administration, or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AI platforms, including user provisioning, license management, access controls, and configuration.
• Track and analyze AI platform usage, licensing, adoption, and spend across the portfolio.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to show utilization, costs, and platform effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to optimize AI-related spend through license reclamation and cost management best practices.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and cost allocation for AI platforms and services.
• Coordinate vendor renewals, licensing true-ups, and procurement activities; maintain inventories and documentation.
