Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Finance Senior Manager to lead finance data architecture across planning, reporting, and close processes. You will guide data governance, MDM, and Gen AI initiatives to strengthen the EY AI Finance solution offering.

You will work with Data Lead, Product Owner, and cross-functional teams to design scalable data models, enable accurate decision making, and drive client value through innovative analytics and secure platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive FP&A experience including planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with EPM platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, OneStream/Tagetik).
• Strong data governance, data modeling and master data management skills.
• Experience applying Machine Learning and Gen AI to finance applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of finance data architectures for FP&A applications.
• Develop and implement the FDL blueprint to ensure data consistency across tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists, IT and finance SMEs to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
