Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Finance Manager to support the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing data management for finance applications. The role combines FP&A expertise with enterprise data governance, MDM, and Gen AI capabilities to deliver scalable, interoperable data models across finance systems.

The successful candidate will help build and extend the FDL Blueprint, ensuring accurate data architecture for informed decision-making and improved performance across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of progressive FP&A experience including planning, budgeting, forecasting.
• Strong proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, OneStream/Tagetik).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of finance data architecture for FP&A initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists and finance SMEs to apply ML/Gen AI to finance applications.
• Develop and implement the FDL Blueprint data model to ensure data consistency across finance tools.
• Govern data quality, master data, and data lineage for finance systems.
